The Boiler Steam Kettle Cooking Restaurant

The Boiler brings the first complete “Steam Kettle Cooking” concept to Southern California. Serving variety of “Southern Favorites”, with Cajun dishes such as Gumbo, Jambalaya & Creole dishes like Pan Roast, Bouillabaisse, as well as, other great dishes like Cioppino, and Shrimp Diablo! We cook our signature entrees, with unique jacketed steam kettles individually, right in front of the guests, at a bar style counter seating.

Steam Kettle Cooking uses high pressure steam to heat our kettles, an indirect heating method, which prevents our food from over cooking, thus allowing us to make dishes in perfection with consistency. Our food come alive with flavor as we tailor the taste of each entrée to your liking.

Other than Steam Kettle Cooking food, we have awesome New England-Style clam chowder, House Oyster and Cajun Calamari. These are some of the many favorites that you don’t want to miss when you come visit us. So for great food in a fun atmosphere; come by and let us make you a regular at the “The Boiler”.

  • “Get yourself down to The Boiler in Chino Hills”

So a coworker told me to check out The Boiler in Chino Hills a few weeks ago and like a fool I just let it go.

She finally pulled me into the place and it is so wonderful I'm bringing my fiance back this week!
Now keep in mind that Mother's Day isn't the best day to go our reviewing places. Just about every restaurant and cafe are slammed with reservations and lines out the door.

... Make a reservation if you have time and get your self down to The Boiler in Chino Hills.

  • “Remarkable food”

Always wondered what it was about when I drove by. Finally went on a Saturday evening. Clean, friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Sit at the bar if you can.

The Cajun food is marvelous, prepared right before you. We had the Gumbo and the Jambalaya. Wonderful combination of tastes and it can get as spicy as you want it to be - scale 1-10, stay around 4-5. Price is about the same as you would pay for a meal at BJs and the quality is so much better. Portions are large enough. Beer and Wine. I hear the Roasts are the feature - that's on my list for this coming weekend.‎

  • “Great Place Excellent Food”

We had a small group meeting at this restaurant. Management was very cooperative in establishing a place for our group. The food (we had the appetizer sampler) was excellent especially the shrimp.

One member who had visited the restaurant several times indicated the Roasts were to die for. Check website before you go.. open for lunch and dinner. kid and handicap friendly. Excellent service.
